Terms & ConditionsThese terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern the users ("you" or "your") use of iPhoneStore ("the Website") Please read these carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website. Delivery
To purchase from us you must be over 18. Order delivery time is 3 – 4 working days depending on the day of the week you placed the order. If we have not delivered the goods within 28 days of expected delivery, please contact us and we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. We will refund any money paid by you without reasonable delay.
Most of our products are dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail and packets may take up to 1-3 working days to be delivered, although the vast majority (75%) arrive next working day.
Special Delivery items ordered before 10am Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 1 working day.
Price
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, plus the cost of Shipping and Handling. Errors and Omissions are excluded, i.e. we reserve the right not to send an item if we make a pricing error.
Payment
Payment Gateway services are provided by PayPal. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused because of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
Returns
Ordered products can be returned for full refund (Excluding Postage & Packing) for any reason within 7 working days. After 7 days of orders dispatched, we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods. You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us. The products must not be used and packed as original. The Postage & Packing charges are usually between £1.50 - £2.00
Liabilities
iPhoneStore.co.uk is a phone accessories reseller therefore does not manufacture any products. In regard to products purchased from iPhoneStore.co.uk, such products shall be subject only to the applicable manufacturer warranties, if any, for that product; if such a warranty is available, that warranty shall be in writing and shall accompany the product description. iPhoneStore.co.uk will not be responsible for any damage to you or to any third-party items.
